1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and chattg ("chattg," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at chattg.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Access to and use of the chattg Platform — including browsing, account registration, depositing funds, participating in games, claiming bonuses, and interacting with any feature of the service — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published by chattg, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on chattg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In compliance with Philippine law and applicable PAGCOR regulations, chattg strictly prohibits the participation of minors. chattg will verify player age during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Geographic eligibility: You must access and use the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your participation on chattg is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may only hold one (1) active chattg account at any time. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close relative of any employee of chattg or of any software, game content, or service provider with whom chattg maintains a material business relationship.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on chattg, you must complete the account registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your real full name (as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID), a valid email address, your Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. chattg is entitled to rely on the information you provide and is not obligated to verify its accuracy beyond the KYC process.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

chattg conducts KYC verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit copies of acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID — together with proof of address and, where applicable, source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your chattg account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify chattg immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account. chattg will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or SMS.

3.4 Account Name and Payment Method Consistency

The name registered on your chattg account must match the name on your GCash, Maya, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or, in cases of suspected fraud, account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

chattg accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount.

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. chattg does not impose a transaction fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions. chattg targets withdrawal processing times of thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya cashouts following final approval, though processing times may vary subject to payment provider timelines and compliance review requirements.

chattg reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding regulatory thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the chattg Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

chattg is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. chattg may delay, freeze, or refuse to process any transaction it reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity, and may report such transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities without prior notice to the Player.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

chattg offers various promotional incentives to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time per Player account unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal entertainment of the eligible Player and may not be transferred, bartered, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• chattg reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already accepted by a Player will be honoured subject to its stated terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent Bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play strategies, or any form of bonus arbitrage — will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture, and chattg reserves the right to suspend the involved account(s).
• Maximum withdrawal limits from Bonus winnings may apply and will be specified in individual promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the chattg Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited testing bodies. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, all of which operate under their respective regulatory certifications.

The outcome of each game is determined at the moment of play and is final. chattg does not modify or influence game outcomes. Voided rounds will be refunded to the Player's balance at the value of the wager placed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the chattg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or miscalculated odds — any such exploit must be reported immediately to chattg support.
• Colluding with other players in live table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any coordinated wagering activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity to chattg or its support staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or reproduce any element of the chattg Platform without prior written authorization.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology to mask your true geographic location.

8 Responsible Gaming

chattg is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment enjoyed within clearly defined personal limits — never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the chattg account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of total time spent in an active gaming session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the chattg Platform — including but not limited to the chattg brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of chattg or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any additional intellectual property rights upon you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of chattg.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, chattg, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of gaming session data due to technical disruption.
• Any errors, interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party software or network infrastructure.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Changes to or discontinuation of any game, feature, promotional offer, or service on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform in compliance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit chattg's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

chattg collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the chattg Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and which you are encouraged to review in full.

Your personal data is used for account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have consented to receive them. chattg does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

chattg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable chattg policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a regulatory authority.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, chattg will return the verified remaining balance to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, net of any applicable fees, following completion of any outstanding compliance review. In cases of account termination for breach, bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting chattg support. chattg may impose a short administrative processing period before closure is confirmed.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your chattg account or gaming experience, you should in the first instance contact chattg customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. chattg commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and resolving the matter within fourteen (14) days where possible.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process described above, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory body in accordance with applicable regulations. chattg will cooperate fully with any such investigation.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

chattg operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. All gaming-related activities on the Platform are subject to the rules, guidelines, and directives issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as applicable to online gaming operations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

chattg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, chattg will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

The date at the top of these Terms ("Last updated") reflects when the most recent revision was published. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon request from chattg support.
